Here are the debutantes and royal court for Karnival Krewe de Louisiane's 38th Carnival ball

Karnival Krewe de Louisiane has announced the debutantes and royal court who will be presented at the group’s 38th annual Mardi Gras Ball on Feb. 14, 2025, at the Raising Cane’s River Center.

The debutantes are:

• Anna-Kate Alligood, a senior at St. Joseph’s Academy, is the daughter of Kelli Bovard and David Alligood, and stepdaughter of Katie Alligood and Daryn Bovard. 
• Sarah Rose Atkinson, a senior at St. Joseph’s Academy, is the daughter of Rachel and Robert Atkinson. 
• Isley Rose Blanchard, a senior at St. Joseph’s Academy, is the daughter of Christina and Justin Blanchard. 
• Catherine Sarah Dunn, a senior at St. Joseph’s Academy, is the daughter of Daisy and Michael Dunn. 
• Sadie Ryan Everett, a senior at St. Joseph’s Academy, is the daughter of Shannan and John Everett. 
• Katherine Conway Fawley, a senior at St. Joseph’s Academy, is the daughter of Nicole and Daniel Fawley. 
• Madelyn Michelle Freeman, a senior at Microschool, is the daughter of Lexy and Mike Freeman. 
• Audrina Rose Grodi, a senior at Parkview Baptist School, is the daughter of Corinne and Chris Copeland and Kayla and Tyler Grodi.
• Hillary Claire Howard, a senior at St. Thomas More Catholic School, is the daughter of James Walker Howard III and the late Kathryn DeJean Howard. 
• Molly Catherine Perry, a senior at St. Joseph’s Academy, is the daughter of Ryan Perry and the late Nicole Perry. 
• Jessica Leigh Ross, a senior at St. Joseph’s Academy, is the daughter of Angela and Jonathan Ross. 
• Rachel Caroline Saunders, a senior at St. Joseph’s Academy, is the daughter of Karen and Henri Saunders. 
• Lauren Elise Taylor, a senior at St. Joseph’s Academy, is the daughter of Leslee and Porter Taylor.

The royal court includes: king, Ozzie Fernandez, queen, Liz Corsten; ball captain, Kim Bowman; and grand marshal, Gordon “Trey” Bargas.

Dukes are: Keith LaNasa, Scott Brady, Stan Levy, Houston McVea, David Mullens, Matthew Mannino and Richard Zimmerman.

Serving as duchesses are: Kelly Corsten, Anne Boudreaux, Sara Chamberlain, Peggy Gautreau, Carolyn Hill, Shannon Lewy and Mandy Shipp.

Founded in 1987, Karnival Krewe de Louisiane is dedicated to cancer research, education and indigent patient care in the Greater Baton Rouge community. Through its annual Mardi Gras ball and other philanthropic events, the organization has donated more than $5.3 million to the Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center.
